By agreeing to participate in this Event, you are agreeing to these “Terms & Conditions,” so please read them carefully.
General
- All times are IST unless otherwise mentioned.
- All amounts are INR unless otherwise mentioned.
Event Registration
- Participants can register themselves as delegate or student.
- Entry to IDF/ISO business meetings will be reserved to the members or allowed observers. A permission from IDF/ISO will be required for observers.
- Entry to ICAR business meetings will be reserved to the board/committee/working group/subcommittee or task force members or allowed observers. A permission from ICAR will be required for observers.
- Student registrations are not applicable to IDF/ISO analytical week. The facility of “Accompanying Person” is not applicable in case of registration as student. Registration for students shall be subject to confirmation of their credentials.
- Payment for registrations must be made in INR only and all related transaction/bank/conversion charges/applicable tax shall be borne by the participant.
- The applicable registration charges for the respective category (Early Bird/Regular/On-site) are based on the date of credit of payment in the Event account. System/Portal will consider whether it’s an Early Bird Registration or Regular Registration or On-site Registration based on the date of the credit.
- The payment link shared with the participant will be valid for 24 hours. If the participant is unable to make the payment within 24 hours, the registration will be cancelled. However, the participant can submit a fresh registration form online.
- Confirmation of online registration is subject to payment reconciliation with the bank.
- Online registration/modifications/additions will be available till 14 March, 2025.
- Registration and/or payment of fees does not constitute right to admission to the Event. The organizers reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to limit or deny access to full or part of the Event to any entity or individual.
- Registration for the event for all days (ICAR Annual Conference 2025 or IDF/ISO Analytical Week 2025 or both) includes a conference kit; access to all technical sessions and exhibition area; tea/coffee during health break & lunch including cultural events.
- Registration as an accompanying person of the Event includes access to the exhibition area; tea/coffee during health break & lunch including cultural events. This does not include access to any technical sessions.
- All the access privileges will be linked to the delegate ID.
- Organizers reserve the right to reject a registration if found in violation of registration rules.
- Any legal disputes will be under the jurisdiction of Anand, Gujarat, India only.
Important Guidelines/Information
- Registration is mandatory for all delegates including children of all ages.
- Registration is non-transferable.
- Participants must present their delegate ID at the Registration/Welcome Desk.
- Participants must wear their registration badge (Bar/QR Coded) in the Event area to avoid any inconvenience.
- Participants must mention their delegate ID in all future correspondences.
- All remittance/bank charges/online transaction fees are to be borne by the delegates.
- The Conference Kit will only be handed over to the registered delegate.
- Entry of accompanying persons may be restricted to certain areas at the venue.
- Organisers will not be responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.
- No Conference Kit or workshop materials will be distributed or sent to participants after the event.
- Sharing of attendee badges/credentials is strictly prohibited.
- Badges/credentials are issued to, picked up by and used only by the attendee named in the registration.
- Badges must be worn at all times during the Event.
- The Event secretariat reserves the right to remove any attendee found violating these conditions.
- The list of hotels available on the website is intended to assist delegates in finding accommodation. Delegates are responsible for arranging their own accommodation.
Payment Terms
- The payment must be made in INR only and the related transaction/bank/conversion charges/applicable tax shall be borne by the participant.
- Event Secretariat will not be liable for any losses incurred by the Client/Cardholder due to an adjustment made as a result of technical issues such as unstable internet connectivity etc.
- Invoices are payable upon receipt and full payment is required to gain entry to the Event.
On-site Registration:
- It is preferable to give prior intimation to the organisers for On-site registration at registrations@icaridfiso2025.com.
- On-site registration will be available at the venue starting from 29 March 2025 09:00 hours (IST) till 2 April 2025, 09:00 hours (IST).
- Payment through online methods will be available at the Registration Desk for On-site registrations.
- Please note that no cash payment will be accepted for On-site registrations at the Event venue.
