The delegates may book cab using Apps such as Ola & Uber available on Airports. We also have tie-up with a local travel agency at negotiated rates as follows:

*Remarks:

1. Organizers’ involvement is limited to facilitation. Payment is to be made by the delegates directly to the cab drivers.
2. Above rates are excluding Toll charges, Parking Charges, and all kind of taxes.
3. All rates are in Indian Rupees (INR). All the delegates are requested to carry Indian currency/download and install UPI Application to pay for cab. Money Exchangers are available at Delhi/Mumbai/Ahmedabad Airports.
4. Free waiting period is 2 hours beyond which hourly waiting period charges of INR 50/hour apply.
5. Night Halt charge is INR 400/night.
6. Drivers expenses of INR 250 per day apply if vehicle is used beyond 1 day period.
7. Extra Per km rate is payable if the vehicle is used beyond the fixed Kms/Fixed Route as indicated in the table above.
